JESSE GILL

graduated from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology with an honours degree in Commerce in 2014. In his last semester, Jesse served as a Project Manager with Purdue Pharma and later that year, was introduced to the world of recruiting. He spent the next 2 years focused on the placement of Software Sales Reps and Sales Engineers and in 2017 he co-founded the Hydra Search Group. Outside of recruiting, Jesse is pursuing his CCNA certification and he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, hockey, softball and travelling.

JOSH HUGHES

helped co-found the Hydra Search Group in 2017. Prior to Hydra, Josh spent 7 years living and working in Hong Kong and Shenzhen teaching business studies at international schools. Josh graduated from Saint Mary’s University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He later completed his Bachelor of Education (2010) and Master of Education degrees (2012) from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology and the University of Western Ontario, respectively. For the past 3 years, Josh has leveraged his knowledge of the international business market and focused on strategically placing executives worldwide. In his spare time, Josh enjoys traveling with his family.

MAX BELL

joined the Hydra Search Group in 2019 as a Senior Partner. Max brings with him a unique set of experiences, having spent 7 years in Executive Search and IT Sales. He holds a BA in Sports Management with a focus on marketing and corporate sponsorship. His professional drive and competitive nature make him a valued Team member to the Hydra Search Group and on the golf course in a 4-person scramble.
